The Opportunity: Lead the Charge in Sales
At MENDED, we’re building a better way to keep clothes in play. We offer innovative repair services to fashion brands, retailers and consumers throughout the European Union. As our Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of this change, driving B2B sales and forming strategic partnerships that will make repair mainstream. Your ability to engage with potential clients, close deals, and build lasting relationships will be key to our success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and capitalize on new market opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, meet or exceed KPIs, and drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively engage with clients, respond quickly to inquiries, and identify growth opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop winning proposals, and close successful deals.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships while staying informed on market trends to create new opportunities.
About You - The Ideal Candidate
- A natural-born salesperson with a competitive edge and a drive to succeed.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is a plus but not essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to sell ideas and solutions effectively.
- Results-oriented, with a relentless focus on achieving targets.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills in Dutch or German being advantageous.
