Old favorite jeans can now be bought as Pre-Loved. At the end of your jean’s life, we encourage you to return them to us, so that we can recycle them, extending their journey even further.

The MENDED Grading System is how we rank the condition of the items we sell. This way we are completely transparent on the state of the products, and you know what to expect. The four grades are listed below:

Sample: Brand-new samples that have never entered a closet.

Like New: No visible signs of wear, garment looks and feels new.

Great Condition: Little signs of wear from a past life and still in tip-top shape.

Good Condition: Well-traveled denim with visible signs of wear and character

MENDED is committed to selling only the highest quality secondhand items. Just like any high-end resale store, we carefully evaluate each item to determine its overall condition and quality. Anything with excessive signs of wear doesn’t make it to our site - which means that you can shop with total confidence!

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. We will send you a dispatch email to let you know when your order is on its way to you, including tracking information if available.

You can return your purchased items within 14 days counting from the date of receipt of your order. The items must be in unused condition and complete with original labels.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After completing the return we compensate the item costs within 14 days.
