How do I place an order?
Keep your clothes in play with these simple steps.
(1) Visit our booking tool.
(2) Select the type of item that needs to be repaired.
(3) Select the type of repairs you need. You can add multiple repairs for 1 item.
(4) Add the repairs to your cart and add more items if needed.
(5) Finalize the order.
(6) Receive the instructions.
Follow the instructions to package and ship your item to us.

What if my repair isn’t listed in the repair options?
Use the “Something Else” button in our booking tool to describe your repair. We’ll get back to you with options.

How do I specify my repair in the order?
Not sure which option fits your repair? Don’t worry! Our booking tool includes clear examples, photos and descriptions to help you choose the best option. For anything tricky, select “Something Else” and describe the issue—we’ll figure it out together!

Do items need to be cleaned before sending?
Yes, please! Your items must be clean and dry—it’s not fair to our craftsmen to work on dirty items. If an item is not clean, we reserve the right to ship it back to you without reimbursement or clean it for an additional fee.

What happens after I send my item?
You will receive a confirmation once we have received your item. You can follow your package using the track & trace that is supplied with your order. If there are any issues that we find during the inspection, we will contact you directly before proceeding with any additional repairs.
