We aim to get the item(s) back to you within 10 days after you have shipped the item to us. If we encounter any additional issues that need to be discussed with you, the process might take longer.

Do you accept international orders?
Absolutely! We’re based in the Netherlands and Germany, but we accept orders from most EU countries. Keep in mind that international shipping fees apply. We’re growing fast and expanding across Europe!

What’s the process for shipping my item?
After placing your order, you’ll get a confirmation email with instructions and a shipping label. In NL or DE? You’ll also get a QR code—no printer needed!
